I'm a licensed Marriage and Family therapist specializing in addiction, with an emphasis on trauma and attachment wounds. I believe healing happens through safety, understanding, and compassionate accountability, and I strive to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered.
I am licensed in California and Colorado, with a physical office located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

EXPERIENCE
My work is informed by advanced clinical training as well as personal experience with addiction and recovery. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients experiencing addiction, PTSD, and emotional dysregulation.
In addition to working with individuals, I support family members and loved ones navigating the impact of a partner's, child's, of family member's addiction. therapy focuses on understanding they dynamics of substance use disorders, reducing shame, strengthening boundaries, and supporting healing for the entire family system.
